With over two decades of progressive leadership experience, he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at All In 1 Solutions (2020–Present), where he leads the organization with a strategic focus on strengthening internal audit frameworks, enhancing corporate governance, and delivering high-impact professional training programs to drive operational excellence. He has been served as Executive Director at NCBMS since 2014, overseeing large-scale business operations and successfully executing strategic initiatives for over 11 years. Earlier in his career, he worked as Manager HR & Finance at Deloitte (2007–2014), where he managed complex financial verifications, account reconciliations, and corporate audit engagements for international clients. He began his professional journey in 2003 as a Finance & Admin Officer at NCBMS, where he played a key role in coordinating academic and administrative functions, with a strong emphasis on process efficiency and student service excellence.
